(“IFS”) and Sanderson Settlement Solutions LLC are pleased to announce a new strategic relationship through which IFS will serve as the brokerage platform supporting Sanderson Settlement Solutions and its structured settlement business.

The relationship brings together Sanderson Settlement Solutions’ focus on assisting workers’ compensation and liability payers the ability to resolve complex claims through structured settlement and Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) support. 

IFS serves as the holding company for Arcadia Settlements Group and JMW Settlements, two established structured settlement agencies with a national network of approximately 100 structured settlement consultants. Through its platform, IFS provides its affiliated firms and consultants with access to infrastructure, technology, carrier relationships, case support, and other resources designed to support the delivery of settlement solutions.
