New York, NY September 24, 2026 –(PR.com)– BDA Partners is pleased to announce that Saurabh Gupta will be joining as Managing Director, Head of Singapore Office, Head of SE Asia Healthcare and Consumer, effective 12th October.
Saurabh will deepen BDA’s origination and coverage in Health and Consumer across Asia, while strengthening BDA’s Singapore leadership and sponsor connectivity.
He joins from Mizuho, where he was Head of Consumer, Retail & Healthcare for Asia. He has 20 years’ experience in M&A and capital markets across HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Maybank and Mizuho.
He advised on some of the region’s most notable Healthcare transactions, including Avisena Healthcare capital raise from KKR, Thomson Medical acquisition of FV Medical, Sunway Healthcare capital raise from GIC, Apollo Global investment in HMI Medical, and transactions involving IHH Healthcare, Island Hospital, Ramsay Sime Darby Healthcare and The Medical City.
In the Consumer sector, Saurabh advised on the sale of Viz Branz, Simba Indosnack Makmur and Shakey’s Philippines, as well as numerous IPOs and financing transactions.
Saurabh has worked on deals involving Apollo, Bain, Creador, EQT, GIC, ICG, KKR, KV Asia, and Quadria, among other prominent sponsors.
