Global e·dentity™ Opens Singapore Office, Launches APAC Ahead of 2027 IPO

Global e·dentity™ Inc., a Delaware-registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a leader in multimodal vascular biometrics, today announced the opening of its Singapore office and the launch of its Asia-Pacific (APAC) expansion strategy. The move establishes a permanent regional presence for the company’s identity, security, and health biometrics platform, serving government, enterprise, and financial services partners across the region.

The Singapore office, operating under the regional site https://globaledentity.sg/, will serve as the company’s APAC hub for partner engagement, technical deployment, and regional business development. It builds on the company’s existing relationships with regional government agencies for separate international work and with its U.S. offices for ongoing work with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) under CRADA No. DHS 25-TSA-014.

The expansion comes as Global e·dentity™ accelerates its commercial roadmap beyond government checkpoints. The company confirmed that several leading banks in the region have recently selected its platform for secure digital banking, know-your-customer (KYC) onboarding, and transaction authentication. The company’s platform is engineered to meet the rigorous standards of financial regulators, including PSD2, eIDAS 2.0, the UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF), and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Technology Risk Management Guidelines.

The company recently announced the launch of its airport build 60 under its CRADA with TSA/DHS, a privacy-first multimodal biometric platform engineered to cut airport wait times by up to 99%. The platform combines 3D subsurface vascular biometrics, real-time liveness detection, and quantum-resilient encryption, with all biometric data stored exclusively on the traveler’s own device.

Build 72: Quantum-Safe Security for Banks and Governments

The announcement coincides with the release of Build 72, the company’s most advanced security platform to date. Build 72 introduces a suite of features specifically designed for the stringent requirements of financial institutions and government agencies:

  • Quantum Resilience: Full post-quantum cryptography (PQC) via NSA CNSA Suite 2.0 AES-256 encryption (256-bit keys), protecting biometric templates and decision signals against Shor’s and Grover’s algorithms. This ensures long-term data security against “harvest now, decrypt later” threats.

  • Decision Integrity: Grant/deny signals are cryptographically bound using HMAC-SHA-384 with timestamped nonces and device-bound PKI signatures, ensuring 100% integrity against tampering and replay attacks (TTL < 500 ms).

  • Standards Compliance: Full alignment with ISO/IEC 30107 (presentation attack detection, PAD, Level 2+), NIST SP 800-63 (AAL2/AAL3), eIDAS 2.0, WebAuthn/FIDO2, UK DIATF (GPG 44/45), and MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines.

  • Dual Liveness Detection: State-of-the-art AI for NIR vascular anomaly detection combined with a stereo algorithm for 3D vein dynamics, achieving 99.9999% efficacy against 50+ attack vectors, including deepfakes and 3D masks.

  • Zero-Egress Architecture: All biometric processing is performed locally on the user’s device. No raw frames, intermediate embeddings, or biometric templates are ever transmitted to a central server. Only a single-use anonymous token is transmitted for verification.

“The opening of our Singapore office is a deliberate step in a global strategy,” said Vince Corning, Director of Business Marketing at Global e·dentity™ Inc. “Asia-Pacific is where the next decade of secure digital identity will be written. We are not just working with customs and border checkpoints; we are working with leading banks that understand that a password is no longer a security measure—it is a liability. Our partners are looking for a platform that can prove the living human is present, without sacrificing privacy. That is what we built, and that is what we are bringing to Singapore and beyond.”

“Singapore is a trusted, forward-leaning jurisdiction for identity infrastructure,” Corning added. “Our partners there understand that the future of identity is not a database—it is a proof. We intend to be the company that delivers that proof across APAC, from the border to the bank.”

The company’s patent portfolio—including U.S. Patent Nos. 10,135,822; 10,721,228; 11,277,405; 11,368,455, and patents pending—covers the foundational methods for multi-dimensional vascular and bone structure authentication, dual liveness detection, and network-based identity verification. The platform is designed to address the documented shortcomings of legacy facial recognition systems, including demographic performance gaps and vulnerability to deepfakes and synthetic media.

The acceleration of AI has made one thing clear: facial recognition alone is no longer a defensible security standard,” said Dr. Robert Adams, Chair, President & CEO of Global e·dentity™ Inc. “A face can be photographed, generated, or simulated. What cannot be simulated is what lies beneath it. By combining facial recognition with patented subsurface vascular 3D biometrics with dual-liveliness, we are not just upgrading an existing system—we are closing the door that AI has been walking through.

The Singapore office will be led by the company’s regional team and supported by its U.S. engineering and government affairs organization. The company expects to announce further APAC partnerships in the coming months, and to open its UAE office ahead of its planned 2027 initial public offering.
